Comp301 a03-exceptions Solution

This assignment is a series of exercises where you can practice using exceptions in Java.
To get started, open source code files Novice.java, Adept.java, and Jedi.java. Each of these files contains a series of empty methods with comment blocks explaining what code to write inside of them.
To complete this assignment, fill out the methods with code as directed by the commented instructions.
