ITRI 615 – Assignment 1
Write an executive summary of at least 2 related scientific articles regarding any specific aspect of computer security. An executive summary is a document that summarizes a longer document or a group of related documents. The length of the summary should be roughly 10% of the average word count of the chosen documents, with a minimum word count of 400 words.
Scientific articles are typically found in journals or periodicals. They can be accessed through the library’s website, when working from within the university’s network, through Ebsco host, Sciencedirect, etc. Google Scholar is also a decent source if searching from outside the university’s network.
The articles that have been used for the summary should be included at the bottom of the document to be submitted on e-Fundi. The summary will be evaluated out of a maximum of 50 marks.
