Planning and Execution of the Software Development Project
for Smart Undo Capability
In this project you are going to implement the software designed (through the assignments) for the Smart Undo capability following a carefully developed software plan. Specifically do the following:
• Prepare a feasible schedule for your implementation project. Your report should clearly document the prepared plan (including the tasks, the team member assigned to the task and the planned time frame for the task) and its feasibility.
• Perform a risk analysis on your implementation project and develop mitigation plans for each of the critical and catastrophic risks. Your reports should clearly document each of the risk, its criticality and the appropriate mitigation plan.
• Execute your implementation following the developed plan taking care of any risk that materializes. Your report should clearly detail (1) the materialized risks and how they were mitigated, (2) how each of the components in your design was implemented and tested and (3) how the components were integrated into the complete software.
Your submission should include a report explaining all the required information with proper justifications. You should also discuss any change to the requirements, design and/or the test cases that you have to make to ensure the quality of your designed software.
